How to Customize?
Step 1: Choose Your Format
Pick between Framed or Unframed Matte Canvas.
Framed adds a bold finish. Unframed keeps it clean and classic.
Step 2: Select a Size
We offer a flexible range — from 9×12 all the way up to 30×40.
Choose what fits the wall — or the moment — best.
Step 3: Add the Name
Enter a First Name and/or Last Name to appear on the portrait.
Only want the last name to shine? Leave the first name field blank.
Example:
First Name: Rebecca
Last Name: Anderson
Step 4: Pick Your Colors
Choose your background color and text color to match the vibe — or the room.
When your draft is ready, you'll get three versions of your portrait:

One with an artist’s custom color pick

One in a timeless vintage style
You can pick the one that hits hardest — or request tweaks until it’s just right.
Step 5: Add Achievements
This is where it gets personal.
List their milestones, awards, or traits — anything you want highlighted.
Keep it flexible. This isn’t just about sports.

Step 6: Upload a Photo
Upload any clear image straight from your phone — JPEG, PNG, whatever works.
Don’t stress too much about the quality — our artists review every photo and make the magic happen.

This is where you tell us. We’ll do our best to bring it to life.
Step 8: Place Your Order
Once you hit Add to Cart, we’ll get to work.
You’ll receive a proof of your portrait within 3–4 business days.
Here’s what you’ll get:
Version 1: Your chosen color theme
Version 2: Artist’s creative take
Version 3: A timeless vintage style
You can review all three, request tweaks and move forward with the version that feels best. Only after your final sign-off do we move forward with printing.

To help our artists create a portrait they’ll never forget, follow the tips below when choosing your photo.
Don’t stress about perfection — every image is reviewed by our team within 12 hours of receiving your order. If your photo doesn’t quite meet our criteria, we’ll reach out and help you pick a better one.
Tips for the Best Result:
Full body in frame — No cropped arms, legs, or heads. We need the complete pose to work with.
No obstructions — Avoid people or objects blocking the person in focus.
Keep it clear — Blurry photos can’t be used. Make sure the image is sharp and well-lit.
That’s it. Keep it simple, keep it clean — we’ll handle the rest.

What You Approve Is Exactly What We Print.
Once you've signed off on the final proof — after every tweak, every color adjustment, and every detail has been perfected — that's the exact version we'll send to print.
Your portrait then goes through:
1. Digital Printing – High-resolution print on premium canvas.
2. Drying – Carefully air-dried to preserve color vibrancy.
3. Stretching – Canvas is stretched with precision to avoid any creases.
4. Mounting – Backing and support are securely applied.
5. Finishing – Edges smoothed, surfaces sealed, quality-checked.
6. Framing (if selected) – Your artwork is hand-framed and prepped to hang.
Production typically takes 2–4 working days.
Shipping
Once your portrait is approved and brought to life, we carefully package it and hand it off to our trusted delivery partners.
Here’s what you can expect:
- USA: 5-7 working days
- AUS, CA, UK: 5-7 working days
- EU: 5-10 working days
- Rest of the world: 10-15 working days.
You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your canvas ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Total turnaround time? 12–14 days from the moment you order — including customization, production, and shipping. a delivery window of 12-14 days from the date of order placement, including the time taken to create, produce and ship your portrait.
